Getting to Lewis

Lewis is accessible by air and sea. Flights are with Loganair (https://www.loganair.co.uk/) from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Inverness. 

There is a direct ferry to Stornoway from Ullapool which takes about 2.5 hours. It is also possible to take a ferry to one of the other Hebridean Islands and drive up through Skye or Harris. http://www.calmac.co.uk

Car hire is available in Stornoway at the airport or ferry terminal and is competitive.

Bernera is on the west side of Lewis, about 40 minutes drive from Stornoway or Tarbert. We will send driving directions when you book.
